I am a paralegal that runs a sole-proprietorship legal business. I had followed Mr. Payne's presence online for a little while, as he always posted interesting and compelling cases in common law that often aided in an argument I was either considering or drafting at the time. Recently I had the opportunity to need some assistance with case law in arguing a complicated matter at the LTB. I contacted Jon Payne at “Paraassist” and could not be more pleased with the results. I have been meaning to write this for a while but have been rather busy lately. Recently I found myself in a situation where I needed some case law quickly, and had limited time to do a full scale research search. I have been seeing all the posts from parassist.ca on this site and thought I would take a chance. Boy am I glad that I did. They responded quickly to me, understood exactly what it was I was looking for and provided me with several cases. They also provided me with their analysis as to why the case was on point. Their work was excellent and I highly recommend them. It is also quite cost effective as well. If I had to charge my client for the time it would have taken me to find the cases, it would have cost significantly more than I was charged. Feel free to share this.

I have followed and read Paraassist.ca’s posts on Facebook for quite a while and have found the case law posted educational and helpful.
