Small Claims Work

Para Assist.ca can, based on the facts and materials provided by you, review same and draft a customized claim, defence or motion template amendable by you and in proper schedule form outining the facts and allegations that are relevant to your representation of your clients saving you time and assisting in pointing out facts and issues that perhaps your client had not previously considered in the advancement of his or her position.

Memoranda

This we believe will be our most popular service insofar as we research and draft either an objective or subjective analysis of any legal issue. We will provide an outline of either the cases in support of a specific issue or an outline reviewing cases on an objective basis showing those both in support of your postion and those contrary to same.

Negotiations

We locate key cases to support a position and facilitate a settlement. We can provide only the cases or cases with an analysis thereby saving you time and allowing you to enter into any negotiation or settlement conference knowing the strength of your position and the weaknesses of your opponent's position.

Protections and Safeguards

All projects taken on by Para Assist and our Associate, Mr. John Farr. Licensed Paralegal, are completely confidential  and in order to ensure that we are not providing service to both sides on any specific issue Para Assist.ca maintains a Conflicts List thus ensuring that there is never a perception of conflict in any servces provided by us and thereby by you as our Paralegal client.

Further in order to instill confidence in our services the LSUC has been advised of our service format and approved same.  Thus we believe our services will not only meet our own high standards of professionalism but also those imposed by the same rules of conduct that govern you, our client, in your day to day contact with your clients.
